Data Import

Data Import allows users to upload the data to be displayed in Eatec. Data can be imported to Eatec using the following Upload Types:

• Single

• Multiple

Upon onboarding, users can update the Eatec records by uploading valid Eatec data using the Data Import section for the following modules under Setup and Master categories:

• Setup

  • Account Categories

  • Chart of accounts

  • Class

  • Departments

  • Financial Period

  • Inventory Types

  • Locations

  • Media Types

  • Misc Charges

  • Misc Accounting

  • Pay Terms

  • Product Types

  • Sites

  • Tax Names

  • Tax Rates

  • Tax Regions

  • Recipe Types

  • Customer Types

  • Supplier Types

  • POS Revenue Categories

  • POS Tax Groups

  • POS Menu Groups

  • Faculty Type

  • Faculty

• Master

  • Customers

  • FB Inventory

  • Products

  • Retail Inventory

  • Suppliers

  • Recipes

  • Recipe Ingredients

  • Supplier Bids

  • Product Pricing

The imported valid data gets updated in Eatec.

Click Utilities à Data Import. The Data Import page appears.
